1 Introduction & Definitions

By using the 399btc website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between 399btc Gaming Ltd. and the user. Please read it carefully in full — if you do not agree with any part, do not use the platform.

The following definitions apply to key terms used throughout this document:

• "399btc" or "we" — 399btc Gaming Ltd. and all services operated by it.
• "user" or "you" — Any person who uses the 399btc website or app.
• "Platform" — The 399btc website (399btc.pro), mobile app, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" — A user's personal profile through which games can be played and transactions carried out.
• "balance" — Real money or bonus credits held in an account.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with 399btc, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions gives 399btc the right to close your account at any time.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID or passport may be requested to verify your age.
• Each person may operate one account only. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or ID document is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account, 399btc may temporarily suspend it and request additional verification.

3 Deposit Policy

Only approved payment methods may be used to deposit on 399btc. The currently supported methods are Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional methods may be added in the future.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, your balance is typically updated within 5 to 15 minutes. Technical issues may cause delays.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits made from another person's mobile banking account will be rejected.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account after any applicable payment gateway fees are deducted.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.

4 Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed before any winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it. KYC requires submission of a photo of your National ID card or birth certificate.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance. Winnings generated using a bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• A maximum of one withdrawal request may be submitted within any 24-hour period.
• If fraud is suspected, 399btc may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request and conduct an investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

399btc regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page. It is the user's responsibility to read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to your first deposit. A bonus of up to 100% of the deposit amount is typically available.
• Reload Bonus: Subsequent deposits are rewarded on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Cashback: A percentage of losses on specific games is returned to the player.
• Referral Bonus: When you refer a friend, both of you will receive a reward.

If you attempt to withdraw without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided. If 399btc can demonstrate that a user has been abusing the bonus system, that account will be permanently terminated.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on the 399btc platform are sourced from licensed third-party game providers. Each game's outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by independent reviewers.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome of that round will be determined automatically and will be considered final.
• If a technical error prevents a game from completing properly, 399btc reserves the right to void the bet and return the wagered amount to the user.
• Once a bet has been placed in a game, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Each game's RTP (Return to Player) information is available within the game itself.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399btc platform. Violating these terms will result in immediate account termination and your balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity (multi-accounting).
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Attempting to hack the platform's security systems or gaming infrastructure.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illicit funds.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Attempting to create an account or pass KYC verification using false information.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
• Knowingly exploiting a technical glitch or bug in any game.

8 Data Collection & Privacy

• Users' personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• User information may be shared with government authorities only when legally required, such as by a court order.

• Even after account closure, data may be retained for a minimum of 5 years for legal and compliance purposes.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Users can close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon requesting account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be available for withdrawal; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

399btc may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following cases:

• For violating any part of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with a fake identity or fraudulent documents.
• If illegal activity is suspected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 1 year).
• If the user voluntarily requests self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

10 Limitation of Liability

399btc always strives to deliver a seamless, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience. However, certain situations may arise that are outside our control. 399btc will not be liable for any losses or damages in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to a lost or unstable internet connection.
• If a deposit or withdrawal is delayed due to a fault with a third-party payment gateway or bank.
• If the platform does not function correctly due to an issue with the user's device, operating system, or browser.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to a natural disaster, cyberattack, or government regulation.
• If unauthorized access occurs because the user shared their password or login credentials with someone else.

If any user suffers a financial loss due to a technical fault on 399btc's own platform, we will investigate and take appropriate action. Such claims must be submitted through our support channel.

11 Responsible Gaming

399btc believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we encourage all users to play responsibly. Our platform offers a range of tools to help you keep your gaming habits in check.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
